The Crémant de Loire brut

The Crémant de Loire brut is made from a blend of 4 varieties: chenin, chardonnay, cabernet franc and grolleau. Grapes are picked by hand and are pressed softly and progressively. The wine is fermented for a second time in the bottle to obtain the fine bubbles and is then rested on lees for at least two years. It is pale yellow in colour, , the bouquet is very elegant (white flowers, honey) and the taste fresh, delicate and refined. it is perfect for an aperitif as well as any celebration.
