GRAPE VARIETY:
100% Merlot proprietor´s single vineyard grapes, from ungrafted
selected clones of pre-philloxera French rootstock.
HARVEST:
April 10 to April 12 , 2004.
100% Hand picked in 18 Kg. boxes and carried to the winery
immediately after cutting. Carefully selected before processing.
VINIFICATION:
• Fermented to dryness in 30.000 liter oak tanks for 10 days at 25-
28ºC controlled temperature.
• Extended skin maceration for additional 10 days.
• 100% malolactic fermentation.
• Stored in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks through
bottling.
